        从前有个女孩很孤独，她非常渴望得到爱情。一天，她去小树林里散步，发现两只快要饿死的小鸟。她把小鸟带回家，装进一只小笼子。在她的悉心照顾下，两只小鸟越来越强壮。每天早上，小鸟都会唱一支优美的歌，向她问候。女孩非常爱这两只小鸟。

        一天，女孩忘了关笼门。又大又壮的那只鸟飞了出来。女孩怕它飞走，当它飞近时，就拼命地抓住了它。成功地捕获了这只小鸟，女孩非常开心。突然，她觉得小鸟一点点变软了。她张开手，惊恐地注视着一只死鸟。她不顾一切的爱，要了小鸟的命。

        她注意到剩下那只小鸟在笼门口走来走去。她感觉出了它非常需要自由。它需要在蔚蓝的天空中翱翔。她把小鸟从笼子里拿出，举起，轻轻地抛向空中。小鸟在空中盘旋，一圈，两圈，三圈。

Best Way to Keep Love is to Give It Wings

There was once a lonely girl who longed so much for love. One day while she was walking in the woods she found two starving songbirds. She took them home and put themin a small cage. She cared them with love and the birds grew strong. Everymorning they greeted her with a wonderful song. The girl felt great love forthe birds.

One day the girl left the door to the cage open. The larger and stronger of the two birds flew from the cage. The girl was so frightened that he would fly away. As he flew close, she grasped him wildly. Her heart felt glad at her success in capturing him. Suddenly she felt the bird go limp. She opened her hand andstared in horror at the dead bird. Her desperate love had killed him.

She noticed the other bird moving back and forth on the edge of the cage. She could feel his great need for freedom. He needed to soar into the clear, blue sky.She lifted him from the cage and tossed him softly into the air. The bird circled once, twice, three times.

The girl watched delightedly at the bird's enjoyment. Her heart was no longer concerned with her loss. She wanted the bird to be happy. Suddenly the bird flew closer and landed softly on her shoulder. It sang the sweetest melody that she had ever heard.

The fastest way to lose love is to hold on it too tight, the best way to keep love is to give it wings!
